Please unplug the device until it turns off. We should also ensure that it's not overheating and then leading to the error that you've just described. If the error occurs again, please ensure that card /id is loaded in the correct orientation and the machine isn't lacking any ink. Otherwise, you might need to return the device to factory defaults.
