The cable connection might be either loose or not connected fully to your TV or the cable needs to be replaced.Or there is a problem with the input device or the firnware needs to be updated. For the sound the external speakers or the sound bars are not connected correctly.

I have an LG 60PN6500-TB which stops displaying an image after a couple of minutes being on. Sound continues to play. When the screen has gone blank, it takes longer than usual to turn the TV off.

There is a weak capacitor on the power board. Look for a bulged or leaky cap and replace it.

sounds to be symptomatic of a CTS (coolant temperature sensor). there are two, one is for the interior temp gauge, the other is for the ECU/PCM while both are basicalty the same part, often even the same P/N, they both do extremely different things.

Coby 26" loses sound after a few minutes, any guess why?

Electronics can fail after they warm up. When they cool down again they start working again. The electronics need replacing, on this TV its cheaper to replace the TV.

Everything works....After 5 minutes, no sound. Shut down TV for a day, turn it on...sound. Five minutes later, it loses sound. Had the TV for 4 years with no problem before this.

Check and replace its audio output IC, or audio output card. My stand by button blinks on and off several times. When it starts blinking I lose my picture but have sound. Then it stops blinking and my picture returns. a few minutes later it happens again over and...

Sounds like it is flashing probably 5 times?
The green tinge is the tube wearing. A new tube will fix it.

Vizio 75P-C1 Won't turn on I'm attempting to fix my Vizio 75P-C1 that I purchased in 2015. Over 1 week the TV would take a few attempts to turn on then stopped turning on completely. Since then I replaced the power board (no change). I've also disconnected the mainboard from the power board and attempted to turn on the tv in thinking the bad mainboard is limiting the power board function but nothing happens. All fuses test normal. The only sign of activity is when I plug in the tv, the power button flashes white once and then remains inactive even with reset attempts (holding input/volume down, etc.). Not sure what to do at this point. Replace the; T-Con board- wouldn't I have some type of image or sound or power function Mainbaord- wouldn't I have a lighted screen once I disconnected the power board from the mainboard. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thx
