Master reset / Service complete for Ingersoll Rand Intellisys Nirvana v2.63 VFD controller

I have worked with a technician to perform the needed service, however it appears IR does not like to give out the code needed to perform the master reset / service complete so the alarm will stop going off every 24 hours. This is for a IR Intellisys Nirvana v2.63 P/N 22199665 w/ compressor IRN75H-CC I have seen it suggested as middle button x2, then F1 then F2, service complete, but the answer was not for this specific model and I was hoping to be sure before trying that. Thank you for any help!!

Be sure to Stop/unload to compressor and wait for the display to show "Ready to Start"

To access the factory set points on an SGNe or SGNeV controller, you can access by pushing (Main Menu) twice followed by (F2) and then (F1) within a 3 seconds interval. Scroll down to (Compressor Service COMPLETED) and push SELECT, the COMPLETED will be highlighted and now push SET.

On an SG controller, the following buttons must be pushed in sequence. (Main Menu) twice followed by (Load) and (Unload) within a 3 second interval.

when controller says ready to start you must press display select button then hidden left button which you can feel as a raised
arrea under the membrane between the display select button and the orange ringed centre button. the screen should say checking machine a nd then ready to start if it has reset. if it comes up with line pressure then you must get back to ready to start and repeat method. this assumes the compressor has the SE Controller with green LCD screen

Check fuses on the pl5 board, if these are ok you will need to call an Ingersoll Rand technician to do a 348 diagnostic test on the drive, could be a number of things including faulty motor

I'm working on a Ingersoll rand 100HP stationary compressor with an intellisys 39875158 controller.

Make sure the model of your compressor is design for 160psi if not the main motor trip off and safe valve pop. Goto Main Menu, Operator setpoint+select, Offline/Online+select, arrow up and down to change value.
