When it records in quad mode, you will not be able to hear the audio.You will need to choose manual or scheduled recording to get the video feed in full screen for audio to be recorded as well.

The split screen view comes from the recorder. If you have no recorder then you'll need to invest in what called a Quad to view all four cameras at once.
this could be correct as the signal for the Camera LCD screen is now being sent to what ever device is connected on the TV out cable. ensure your connection is Camera - TV out TV - Video in. ensure that your TV is set to the correct channel or input setting to view the signal from the camera.
1. Press and hold SET button and press and hold device key at the same time, when l.e.d. lights release both keys.
2. Enter the code for your device.
3. Press power on the remote
If device can be controlled then code has worked if not try another code.

Have you setup a Virtual Server within the D-Link router? This should be on the ADVANCED tab in the D-Links Admin Configuration interface. Upon setup, the router should allow pass through of your request to the network connected device.
