Most newer Fords use the same resevoir for the front and rear washers. Check the owner's manual, it will show you if there is one and where it is located.

Might be the impact switch. Most Fords have a switch that opens in a collision, but slamming the tailgate or getting bumped in a parking lot can also trip it. There is a push-button to reset it. It is in the trunk in cars, in the Aerostar it might be under a cover in the back behind the wheels. If you have your owner's manual, I think it shows it in there. Otherwise ask the parts department at your local Ford dealer. They should also be able to tell you how to see if you have power at the pump.

Fords have issues with crank sensors-it is a 4.6, correct? almost always start out as an intermittent problem, then it'll just not start.

the fuel pump is inside the gas tank, this is true on all Fords with electronic fuel injection

Most fords have a horn relay under the hood in the fuse block. Fords do not have words on the cover, only numbers. You will need your glove box book to tell you what fuse and or realy it is.

It's located behind the glove compartment in the heater box.

These Fords occasionally have ignition problems. Check for power when the key is in the on position, as well as when the key is in the start position. You should have power for both situations. Please post your results.
