It means "heater relay cannot be activated". Troubleshooting guide says to tap the relays to try to unjam them. If that fails, replacement of the main control board is necessary. These washers apparently have a propensity for stuck relays on the newer units.

Water temperature sensor error
If during the water heating step in the wash cycle, the water temperature
sensor (NTC) value is out of range, or the heating element circuit has
failed, the F05 error code will be displayed.
