Hello, I have an M-audio FireWire 410 audio interface , when I connect it to my Pc with Windows 10 driver installed it's detected normally ..but I can't get any sound from trs or headphone outputs. But when I play an mp3 song for example..both hardware and software seem to be working normally led meters move.
It's possible that the outputs on your FireWire 410 are not properly enabled. Try checking the settings in the audio interface software to make sure that the outputs for the TRS and headphone jacks are enabled. You can also try connecting the audio interface to another system to see if the issue is present there as well. If it is, then it's likely a hardware issue with the FireWire 410 itself.

Testimonial: "Thanks Osamah, I’ve tried everything you said except connecting it to another system, so I will try that .. but I think it’s a hardware issue.. I also have a FireWire 1814 working ok and I’m using the same cables to connect the 410."

When you install WinXP again it fail to see the sound card you will need to load the original sound driver if you dont have it then try here for it:
Theres the reason I believe when you installed XP you have install the driver for that model: XP fails to load the drivers possibly out of date and then it wont load it however you go here and find your one and install that you wont afterwards.
