select answering set up
press menu/select to start recording
wait until the system says --record greeting--before speaking
the message can be from 2 to 30 seconds long
press menu button to stop recording
the system will play back what you have said
to save the greeting press --end
if you are not happy with the greeting press menu again and start over
if you do not want to change the greeting the system has a pre-recorded message ---hello , no one is available to take your call. Please leave a message after the beep
Press and hold the greeting key until you hear the prompt, release the button, then record your message at the tone. Press the greeting key again when done.
