If you're talking about an external power adapter for a device, such as a laptop, you need to get one in the correct voltage and wattage from the manufacturer. If you're talking about connecting any sort of 110V device in general to 220V, you don't need an adapter per se, you need a step-down transformer. The size you will need depends on how many watts the device draws.
go to an electrical wholeshop shop that caters for the trade and they will have it if such a thing is available
hard ware shops may have but as it is a specialized fitting , I am thinking only the wholesale out lets will carry it

You will need an adapter. Search e-bay for "coolpix 5700 adapter" then look around for the different sizes they have. Usualy they are 52 and 58mm. Then go back and check to see wich sizes the ring light supports. The ring light should come with step rings to fit different sizes but just incase see wich they are so you know it will fit.
I must admit a ring light looks like fun!
