I have a Samsung model DW80R5060US that has been showing the 0C error during a cycle. I have shut off the circuit breaker, waited a minute, power it back on but it still happens. It seems to happen more when the dishwasher is more loaded up. I looked up 0C and it seems to be an issue with water level.
Too much water in the machine. Normally air in the water level diaphragm switch tube. More on this at the bottom.
