I bought a 5420 rugged online and it has a system / administrator password locking me out. Dell won't give me the master password because I don't have ths original invoice information. Could someone please help me? I would love to use the laptop I paid good money for.

Hi , If you have forgotten the BIOS Password there is only one way either you give your PC to an expert or you need to open the PC and reset the jumper in the motherboard.
