I have a Samsung OfficeServ DS-5038S. An extension light keeps flashing red. When i dial the extension it gives the engaged tone but there is no one using the phone. What could it be?

Uniden phone light WON'T flash red light when I have pulsing dial tone VM messages.

The pulsing dial tone usually indicates a message on the service provider's server, not on your phone. Contact your provider to find the procedure to access these messages.

scroll thru settings menu till you reach ring settings then adjust ring count

I am tring to figure out how to program extensions on our kx-t7737 phone.

A 773x phone has 24 buttons, 12 are lighted and 12 are Feature. If you want to reassign some of the lighted buttons as extension buttons on the phone, you can press PROGRAM 1 + ext no STORE and that will give you a busy indication whenever that extension is off hook.

You can program the right side buttons to speed dial the extensions by just pressing PROGRAM ext no STORE. It will dial the extension when you press it if you have intercom dial tone.

How the button behaves is dependent on which system the phone is attached to. In a TA, you have to start with dial tone on the intercom. In a TAW/TDA you don't.

Samsung iDCS 28D Calls not going to VM after canceling a forward on no answer I dialed 603 to forward on no answer. Then I dialed 600 to clear the forward. Now my calls are not going to my voice mail on no answer, they are just ringing back to the receptionist. I tried dialing 604 and entering my extension, but it will not accept my extension.

Samsung IDCS 28D system: How do I unblock access to outside lines? No lights show on the dead lines. Handset works in other offices. Samsung IDCS 28D system: Any Handset plugged in to this office extension stopped connecting to all 4 phone lines. It still answers calls, has intercom, VM, & redials from the outgoing call log made before 10/11/22, when outside calling and phone lines became no-call to outside. It's like it was accidentally programmed to not allow calls to the outside. This has happened to 2 of our offices now! We appreciate any help!
