Hello my numark turntable pro tt1 keep giving a small hissing noise. Any idea why?

This sound like it could be somekind of feedback hum, or earthing problem. Check all the connections.

I don't suggest using the originals that came with the turntables, as they aren't of the greatest quality. For a small investment (about $50), you can get some better quality cartridges/needles.
