If your computer works when the printer is off, your systems admin might instalI some windows updates. I think you need some Windows Security updates from Windows Updates. I You have not identified your current operating system which is experiencing the problem with the printer. Blue screen error

The most frustrating blue screen computer errors are basically caused by some physical faults such as faulty memory, power supplies, overheating of PC components, or hardware running beyond its limits, device driver conflicts etc.
If you see the blue screen and halts occur in boot process, and also notice some specific error message appear on your screen, this indicates a serious issues most probably due to inappropriate device driver or firmware .Blue screen is really an annoying issue and creates a lot of trouble to the end user.
Follow these steps to fix a Blue Screen in Safe Mode
Once booting start, select "Safe Mode" from the boot menu.
Scan your hard drive by running your antivirus software . If the program locates an infection, move it to your vault or follow the on-screen instructions. After program completion, if a virus was removed, attempt to reboot your computer and see if this clears up the problem. If not, restart your computer in safe mode.
Restore your computer to a previous point. Click on the "Start" button. Select "All Programs", "Accessories", "System Tools" and finally "System Restore". Choose a restore point on or before the last day your computer worked without error. Finally Reboot your computer to see if it loads correctly.

Laptop randomly shuts down and shows a blue screen saying

Make sure you don't have any unecessary programs loading up into windows when your laptop boots up. The next time the system randomly reboots check to see if the laptop feels a bit warmer then normal. Could be that your air vents are being blocked by dust. That would cause the air not to flow properly. Take a can of air and blow the vents clear so the air can flow properly and that would take care of the problem.

Blue screen on desktop

The blue screen typically occurs when something causes your system to become unstable. If it's the first time it has happened, turn your computer off by holding in the power button and then turn it back on.

If the error occurs again, write down what the error message says and post that information here so we can troubleshoot your problem. Also mention if it happens only when using a specific program or device.

Hopefully it was just a one-time error and your system will work normally once you reset it.

A blue screen came up saying something about the memory module!

oh k..
so u mean whenever u start ur computer or whenever u work on it, it shows Blue screen...
This blue screen is called BSOD Error (Blue Screen Of Death)
It occurs due to several reasons but since u specified abt memory, this might be showing you Kernal Memory Dump, i hope..
Dont need to panic, try to start up computer in safe mode & restore it to previous known date at which u didn't had that problem..
It generally occurs after installing some new softwares or drivers that conflicts with the memory module.. so try to restore ur system else try removing ur newly installed software or driver...
Hope this helped u out..
Thanks....
