My Mastertech 40" smart television is coming on and Android is on the screen. Nothing else is happening. How to fix please?

If it's android, it should be able to but you have to enable to developer mode. Please search "smart tv install third party apps" on youtube in order to find an appropriate tutorial. Thank you.
