Check the filter curcit the capacitor or ic is probably bad

LG 42LC7D turns on ok but no display or sound,tried using monitor out with another tv but no picture either

Check to make sure you have the right input selected for the input that ou have plugged into.

When turned on, no picture, sound or response. LED is OK

I had a similar problem with my HANNSLounge 32", the screen switched on with green light but none of the front panel buttons worked (screen is black apart from showing the input source in the top left).
After powering off numerous times I tried starting up with a blank SD card in the reader and the tv cycled between red green and blue screens and then reset itself. (Some sort of firmware restore?) After which point I had a working screen again! (Will have to see how long it lasts for!)

True GDM-12EM-LD Lights not coming on and display not showing USE was running just fine, now the fluorescent light won't turn on and the display board just has 3 dashes across it. If I hit one of the setting button on the display some red lights will blink and fridge light turns on, but then it just goes back to the three dashes and the light turns back off. Seems to still be cooling

Vizio V555-H1 tv still works but the screen suddenly now has a white fog over entire screen. Even when the TV is powering up when the Vizio logo appears the black background is no longer black I've reset the TV to factory settings, unplugged it, held power button down for 5 seconds, ran software updates, adjusted every picture setting
