I have a Kenmore Elite HE3 electric dryer that won't come on.
All the instrument panel lights come on. But when I push all the cycle setting and press start button, I get an error reading of Sensing/Revising Est. Time. It will not run or anything after that. I also sometimes get a reading on the door indicator of check Lint screen. I open the door and check screen to make sure it is clean, shut the door and the check lint scree light goes out. I press start and machine won't run, Still get error reading of Sensing/Revising Est. Time

The error message you are seeing on your Kenmore Elite HE3 dryer could be caused by a few different things. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the power supply: Make sure the dryer is properly plugged in and that the circuit breaker or fuse is not tripped or blown.
Check the door switch: If the door switch is faulty, the dryer may not start. Check that the door switch is engaging properly when the door is closed.
Check the thermal fuse: The thermal fuse is a safety feature that can cause the dryer to not start if it is blown. Check the thermal fuse for continuity with a multimeter.
Check the belt switch: If the belt switch is faulty, the dryer may not start. Check that the belt switch is engaging properly when the belt is in place.
Check the moisture sensor bars: The moisture sensor bars can become coated with fabric softener residue, causing the dryer to stop mid-cycle. Clean the bars with rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth.
Check the control board: If none of the above steps work, the control board may be faulty and need to be replaced.
If you are unsure how to perform any of these steps, it may be best to contact a professional appliance repair technician.

PF error = Power Failure - error code indicates a power failure during the dryer's cycle. Press and HOLD start to continue the cycle, or press off/pause to clear display.
The control board is bad. You will have to replace it. You might aslo theck the fuse, sometimes they look a little different than you are used to. Refer to your owners manual and wiring diagram to find it. You can also find more info on the Whirlpool website. Whirlpool makes Kenmore.
The manual says that two circuit breakers used, and that the dryer can spin but no heat if one of them tripped, check your panel and see if any breakers are tripped. If this was the problem, have an electrician check the circuit.
it sounds like a clog in vent.if yours vents up thru roof you may need to have a chimney sweep come out and sweep vent.check and make sure the vent hose is net kinked or full of lint.
