These springs are not available from Remington for replacement. Your best bet is to go to your local hardware store where they should have a variety of springs available
This model was not made to have the batteries replaced. It is possible but the shaver body will probably come out very scarred in the process. Instead, the following replacement is suggested
Use a precision screwdriver and pry the clip up.It is spring metal and will snap back into position upon reassembly. You will have to solder the battery in place. Works on all microscreen shavers supermesh and XLR.
I did get it fixed. I kept looking at it and studying it and I finally figured out that the small, gold head is where they had to go. I pushed on it and it finally fell out. I saw two small holes that looked like they were the same size as the springs. I put them in and when I put the piece back in the razor, the spring lined up with 2 small pegs on the inside. I snapped the head in place and the gold bars then moved up and down with a little resistence. I turned the shaver on and it worked just fine.
