Look on the back of the handle with a mirror and you should see a recessed Allen screw. Some have a decorative can on top marked H & C, or red and blue. Those pop off.

No info online, but this unit comes under many names, I answered one today already, low quality, high price and probably made in China or korea.

My pfister shower cold water faucet handle broke off. The stem is stuck so I can't replace the faucet handle. How do I remove this stuck portion of the old handle?

the model is needed for a step by step but. if your faucet is for a sink and not a shower then the handles may be connected to the pour spout or separate depending on model and in either case there is a nut screwed under the fixture that hold it in place. do not unscrew any of the faucet until you have turned of the water running to it.

here are links to the different types

    • Test the dripping water with your hand to make sure that it is the hot water side that is leaking. Lay a rag over the sink drain to keep parts from falling down it. Locate the hot and cold shutoff valves under the sink and turn the knobs clockwise by hand until they close. If the knobs remain stiff, use a pair of pliers to gently turn them until the knob begins to move, then finish turning by hand.

Pry the decorative cap off the faucet top with a small thin, flat-head screwdriver. Remove the cap that has the "H" letter on it. Depending upon the handle screw configuration, use a flat-head or Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the handle screw. Gently pry up on the handle from all angles and pull it up and off the splines of the stem.

Use a crescent wrench to turn the hot water stem nut counterclockwise until it comes completely off the stem shaft. Wiggle the stem with your fingers and pull it out of the faucet. If the washer on the bottom of the stem is deformed, it indicates the source of the leak. However, remove the old seat from the faucet base with an Allen wrench or a seat removal tool.
    • 4
Wipe out the inside of the seat housing with a rag. Replace the seat with the new one included in the repair package, using an Allen wrench or seat removal tool.
    • 5
Place the new hot water stem shaft into the valve seat, and start the stem nut in by hand, turning it clockwise. Finish tightening the stem nut with the crescent wrench, but only to a moderate firmness -- do not over-tighten it. Place the handle back over the stem shaft and tap it down until it seats firmly. Replace the handle screw and tighten it with a screwdriver.

Turn the hot and cold water supply knobs counterclockwise until they are fully open. Turn the hot water faucet knob to the "On" position and check for leaks.

My cold handle on a montecello faucet turns freely, however, nothing happins I have no cold water. What do I do?

First check that the handle is tight. If yes take the handle off and turn on the water buy turning the stem without the handle if you still do not have water remove the stem and cartridge and see if you have water if yes clean or just replace the cartridge. If the faucet in old replace both.

There is a cap on the top of the handle which can be removed by popping it out with a knife or a small flat tip screw driver. Inside you will see a screw which holds the handle to the faucet. Tighten this and replace handle cap.

Water leaking at handle when turned on

1- Hanldle may have a cap that will come off to access screw to loosen or allen screw on the handle to remove it.
First thing you can check remove handle and make sure the nut that holds stem down is not loose. You can tighten it and try this first just replace handle turn on and check for leaks.

If not please go to step 2 in removal of stem

2- Cut water off and remove handle to gain access to stem. Next remove stem by untighting nut at the base. Remove stem and replace o rings on stem about middle of it. That will stop water from leaking at the base.
