PIONEER DEH-P8500MP car stereo system suddenly stopped working. I've checked the fuses and everything seems ok externally. Whats the problem? When the ignition is turned off the removable face plate lowers and then closes. No power otherwise. Can you help? Thank you, James

sometimes the harness that you buy to connect to the car harness comes loose or has a poor connection you may need to wiggle it or connect the wires directly and bypass the connectors.
For most Pioneer single CD players, you can set the clock using the following steps:
1.Press and hold the SOURCE button until the unit shuts off.
2.Press and hold SOURCE again until the clock appears. With some models you will press and hold the FUNCTION or AUDIO button instead of the SOURCE button.
3.Press the left or right arrow to select the segment of time you wish to adjust.
4.Press the up or down arrows to increase or decrease the numbers in the blinking segment.
5.Once the clock is set correctly, press the SOURCE button to exit.
