    Shown in the manual and the battery is an LR43 coin cell battery.

Here is the manual. It takes an LR43 Battery. No details on how to replace. Look on the back and the bottom slides off after removing a single screw. It is shown bottom centre on the manual.

This manual in spanish also says LR43 in a plainer form than Chinese.

This website has the instruction manual for the Omron pedometer. It may not be the exact same model as yours but it will still help. I just changed my batteries and have a different model which has the reset button on the back. Still, the basic stuff is there and I was able to re enter all info. Hope this helped.
