Hi,

bluetooth is meant for transferring files less than a gigabyte. It's not like internet wifi. The size of the video is much larger than a typical image and streaming that over bluetooth would be more difficult.

There is a crucial word missing between 'I' and 'Bluetooth'. That verb is the key to answering the question. Bluetooth is only for calls, you can't stream videos if that is what you are trying to do? Here is the manual.
