Re: UPS BE500R-PH microcontroller pic16f716
No, the PIC16F716 microcontroller does not need to be programmed before using it in a UPS. However, it is recommended that you program the microcontroller to optimize its performance for your specific UPS.
The most efficient way to use a UPS for a home computer is to connect the UPS to the computer's power supply unit (PSU). This will ensure that the UPS provides power to the computer in the event of a power outage.

Need more info. What are the measurements on the input to the UPS. What is the total load you have? What other alarms are displaying? Check the input power to UPS. Also make sure the UPS is and will work for the correct voltage (Input of UPS) some UPS's are selectable voltages.
you will need the copy of point of sale. i/e the cash register sales ticket then contact the manufacture, and request the unit to be returned, if that unit is new out of the box, well you will have 100% warranty.
ups is a battery backup unit, so contact the manufacture, direct. lhsjr
