Here you go, it says 'TOP cover'. I was sure it would be from the back. I don't see fixings on the top cover?

I just replaced my battery. Remove the two small screws that fasten the top cover and pop it off. It requires a AG10 battery or its equivalent. (GP189, SR54, LR1130, etc)

Changing the battery will cost you a lot and may not be worth the struggle. Try to buy a new calculator, you can find a lot with the same functions and cheaper.

Battery for Casio D-20M

Turn calculator over. Look for some small screws. Loosen them, remove the cover. Notice how the two batteries look when they are in place (polarity) and replace them. Close the cover and tighten the screws again. You need two LR 44 batteries or equivalent.

Hi Danny,

is it correct battery.
please check if it is good.

leave it a half an hour wit case opening or heat it with 10-20 secs with hair dryer and try again with good battery,

Hi, You did not put the batteries in correctly. Please replace in correct + to + and - to -....This should fix this issue.
