Why OGM recording code *361 doesn't work in Panasonic KX-TDA100?
I have Panasonic KX-TDA100 with DISA feature.
I need to change OGM 501, but when I press the changing code *361 501 I get disconnected after *36 and the phone shows reorder tone.
I checked the code in Numbering Plan and it is *36.
Any help please!

Re:
The issue with the *361 code not working on your Panasonic KX-TDA100 could be due to a few reasons:
The code may not be enabled in the DISA feature settings. You can check the DISA feature settings to ensure that the code is enabled for OGM recording.
The code may be conflicting with another code or feature on the system. Try using a different code for OGM recording, such as *38 or *391.
There may be a hardware or software issue with the system. In this case, you may need to contact Panasonic technical support or a certified technician to diagnose and resolve the issue.
It's also worth noting that different Panasonic phone systems may have different codes and settings for OGM recording, so be sure to consult the user manual or technical documentation for your specific model.

if your pbx has a built in disa feature, then you need to program the DIL (sys. pgm. # 418) to DISA-OGM 1. Then you need to record an OGM (program 9,1,1) to tell you customers that they can dial the ext.# directly.
My 824 has a DISA card already in it. What did the manual say? It has comprehensive instrucitons on how to use DISA and how to record the OGM. Try PROGRAM 911 from extension 101.
As far as the secondary greetings, I guess they would be in 912 and 913.
Activation and deactivation is part of ring assignment to trunks.
A Panasonic 7730 phone operates on 18 different Panasonic Key Systems. There are 5 or so different ways to record a message...which one is yours?
The 7730 was first delivered with the TA-824 system. It has the ability for announcements via DISA, which was built in to the USA versions of the TA. It's recorded or changed via the master phone and PROGRAM 911.
A Panasonic TVA or TVS voice mail system does auto attendant functions. It can have both company greetings and custom service messages. Those are changed via mailbox 998, the message manager's box.
Last, the newer system also have "bulit-in" voice mail boxes. Those greetings are recorded by 722xx commands.
And??? What's the problem? My DISA is set for 1s on the first page and it never rings a phone. If you want it to answer the outside line on the first ring, you'll have to turn OFF Caller-ID. Now it will answer right after the first ring, but you lose CID logging.
On my working system, the DISA 6.1 section is with AA and 1 second, and 6.2 the first two timers are 3 and 5 seconds. In 9.1 you can uncheck CID but I don't recommend it.
Try finding out what's playing the message and change it :-)
It could be the DISA card from a TA-824, or it could be the Custom Greeting or Company message from a TVS or TVA voice mail system, or you could be talking about the "on hold" message that's plugged into the MOH port of the Panasonic system.
Once you find out, you can change a DISA message from the first extension 101 by following the programming, or from the Message Manager's mailbox (998) of the VM system, or the file recorded in the on-hold device.
