No, moderators don't have contact information. You really need our Computer Whiz Larry Ng. He is amazing and an Expert on Dell computers. I just find stuff, although I do have a lot of computer knowledge, but nothing compared to him. Click here and Comment to a Computer Post he has commented on and copy and paste the URL of your post here. He is pretty active of late.

    Your post herehttps://www.fixya.com/support/t29897291-...

He will soon have you sorted out. He will probably need a bit more information regarding the Service Tag details on the Dell and the Operating System (windows version) you are using. See if you can edit that information into your post.

How to get a stuck cd out od a dell studio #1745

Hey MICHAEL,

If the cdrom has a pin hole on the front of it you can stick a paper clip in it to eject the disk. You can also try opening up "my computer" locate the cdrom drive and right click on it to choose "eject"
If either of these options do no work for you please email me at my email address listed in my sigfile listed below.

Thank You,

How can I. Bypass an HDD password on a dell studio xps 1645

Are you asking about bitlocker or a bios password? You can clear the bios password by either taking out the battery or removing a jumper and then booting the machine and then turning the machine off and replacing the battery or jumper. If it is bitlockered there is no way around it unless you have the bitlocker code.

Hello my name is yogesh my leptop model is studio1555 and the problem is how to remove hdd password on my leptop because i set password but this password are not work and after 3 times you rong password...

you'll need to contact Dell support for this one. they will be able to help you request a password that you can use to reset/clear the hard drive password. After it is reset, you may then set a new hard drive password if preferred. Be sure that you have the ownership information of the system in order to get help from Dell about this issue.
