Samsung IDCS 28D system Outside lines blocked by accident. How can I undo it please?

To unblock the outside lines on a Samsung IDCS 28D system, you can follow these steps:

  1. Press the "Transfer" button on your phone.
  2. Dial "741".
  3. Press the "Transfer" button again.
