Hisense tv 54cm-found it as a dead set.Changed two transistors c1815 & A1015 which seemed to be short circuit.Also changed three caps at horizontal stage 35v/470uf,25v/1000uf.At if stage changed...

Crt standard hisense 54cm colour tv model tc2198L no powering fuse ok HOT ok.

Check the power supply.If you have no output from the power supply try to disconnect the power supply from the other circuits ( such as the IF,audio,video,horizontal,vertical,etc.If the voltage at the power supply comes up when you disconnect a particular circuit then that circuit is loading down the power supply and you would troubleshoot that circuit.If after disconnecting the other circuits and the power supply still shows zero,then you would troubleshoot the power supply.

Hisense 50h7gb1 black screen I have replaced power board, main board, t con board, LED backlights. Standby voltage 5.7, one terminal is supposed be be 16 volts is only 9.7 volts. Backlights are on. Have a white horizontal line lower part of screen and red and purple vertical lines. Wondering what to look at next
