My EZGO beeps (not buzz) non-stop in reverse but drives in both directions fine. How do I stop the loud beep?

My EZGO drives in forward and reverse fine, but when it is in reverse it emits a loud continuous beep. The reverse buzzer was disabled so it's not that. I downloaded the manual and there are no fault codes related to a long, no stop, continuous. Please help as the noise is so loud its embarrassing. Thanks in advance

We recently purchase a 2005 kia sedona and when put in reverse it beeps sometimes continued beep till put in drive( no back up camera) can anyone tell me if this is normal or why it does this?

talk with a service centre but it would not be unusual for the vehicle to have a reversing alarm fitted especially if the alarm stops on selecting forward gears

My Drive Sportrider Mobility scooter wont go into reverse

This is likely to be a faulty switch. If u have a multimeter it is very easy to test. You simply check continuity on the terminals with the switch in the open and closed position. When open you should have no beep when closed you should get a beep or infinite on your multimeter. If you get no sound in either position or beeping in both positions your switch is dead and needs replacing. Please contact me if you need any parts as I can order directly from Drive Medical for you. Thanks Dave,

Beeps while driving

My van did this aswell, you must have a power sliding door, when it is not latched properly this warning goes off but it won't say on your message center "door ajar". Stop and reopen the door and close it again no more bell. good luck.
