If it is really frozen on that screen, unplug the power cable and take out the battery to shut it down. Once shut down put the battery back, plug the power cable back in, and reboot. If it freezes again you got a serious hardware or software problem.
Try pressing the back and home keys a few times. Sometimes a program hangs and the input prompts android to display the force close option to end the application.
If that doesn't work, try holding in the power button for about 10 seconds and see if the power down options appear (this might cause the force close to appear too, if so go for that method, if not shut down and power back up).
If none of that helps, you may need to pull your battery and boot it back up.
Please leave feedback if you found this helpful. Thanks.
After unpluging the usb cable the printer would ready but go right back to the error after pluging it back in. We shut down the computer and printer for 30 minutes, when we turned them back on it printed what was in the que but went right back to the error code. Finally, I turned off the printer deleted the P3005 driver from the computer and rebooted, then turned the printer back on. The computer seen the new hardware and reloaded the driver by itself and now is fine.
Did you remove the battery, drain the power, put the battery back in and trying to boot up? Usually this will fix it. If not, post back here for more help.
Try connecting it to a computer if nothing Remove the back and check and see if the battery isn't fully connected push softly but firmly on the Rubber rectangle above the battery (This is the Chipset For the screenand memory, Black screen Blue ring problem) and put the back on.Freezing up while playing songs Check and see if there is a boot file in any of the folders on the player use the Explorer to check Check both MTP and MSC modes and unhook your player
I have had a similar problem since I bought this printer. When I make a copy or scan a document, the printer refuses to print anything else directly from the computer. If I turn offf the printer, I get the "printer is shuttting down" message in the display, however it never shuts down ( I've even left it overnight!) I have to pull the power plug out and wait ~30 seconds and then plug it back in to restore functionality in the print mode. I get some kind of nag screen at start up telling me that I didn't shut it down properly but I have just learned to ignore that. This problem is so consistant that I don't even try to print after making copies without unpluging the main power plug. Another issue you will probably run into is if you install Service Pack 3 on Win XP all your documents will print out in mirror image. HP's lame fix for this is to have you make custom settings in the print manager to remove the mirroring mode from the settings!! I am just about ready to change brands after being a faithful HP customer for over 25 years. They seem to have no interest in fixing known software issues anymore, as their push is to get new devices in the pipeline as soon as possible.
Good Luck

Print these instructions before continuing. They will not be available after
you shut down your computer in step 2.
Click Start, click Shut Down, and then, in the
drop-down list, click Shut down.
In the Shut Down Windows dialog box, click Restart, and then click
OK.
When you see the message Please select the operating system to start,
press F8.
Use the arrow keys to highlight Last Known Good Configuration, and
then press ENTER.
If you have a dual-boot or multiple-boot system, choose the installation
that you need to access using the arrow keys, and then press ENTER.
Notes
Choosing Last Known Good Configuration provides a way to recover from
problems such as a newly added driver that may be incorrect for your hardware.
It does not solve problems caused by corrupted or missing drivers or files.
When you choose Last Known Good Configuration, only the information
in registry key HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet is restored. Any changes you have
made in other registry keys remain.
NUM LOCK must be off before the arrow keys on the numeric keypad will
function
go to the printer manufacturer's web site and find their support tab, driver tab, and download your particular printers drivers for your particular operating system. If you post back with the make, model, of your printer, along with your pc operating system i can give you more detailed advice. Good Luck!
