What will i do the laser light of my mouse sony vgp-bms33 doesn't light at all? Everything is working except the cursor doesn't move at all

    Have you rebooted the computer since it started doing this? The mouse is working, but the computer isn't recognizing the device. Remove the USB Dongle and count to 10 and put it back in. Also try powering down the computer, remove the dongle. Boot the computer back up, turn the mouse on, then reinsert the dongle. It should reload the Windows drivers for it.

Hi,
Try this
> (Go To) Control Panel > Bluetooth Devices
If your device is already there
Highlight device then in menu bar select Remove Wireless devise
Click on Yes

When device removed or if it was not there in the first place
> Add Wireless Device
When computer finds your device select it
Click on Next
Choose Pair without CODE
Click on Next.
Computer should then install drivers

This works with my Sony VGP-BMS33

the laser could be faulty i would take it back to where you got it fro and get it replaced.

Connection

Check the connection of mouse is properly connected to the back of C.P.U in mouse slot.
You can solve the problem.

I have just upgraded from vista to windows 7 and my sony vgp-bms33 laser mouse does not work. The system shws it as there, but the cursor does not work

Simples.....The led may showing as there is power, but charge.change for new/recharged.

If no result, suggest you reinstall micky prog or access sony to see if your micky prog has update for win7?

My mouse connects to my laptop but does not move the cursor. It does scroll and the buttons work however

i was having the same problem, but i found out what was wrong. it's the surface that the mouse is on. originaly i had it on my desk and it didnt work, but a surface like a book cover worked. try it and see what happens. if it works then great but if not then try another surface or just call up logitech and ask them.

Bluetooth mouse VGP-BMS33

Turn the mouse off. While holding down the connect button, turn it on. Keep holding the connect button untill the green light starts to blink. Now try searching for the mouse.
