Are there specific positions for the dials in order for the dual ovens ignite? ZKM7221 810D

We purchased the camp and the ovens worked. Cleaned a dwindling pilot light now have a flame but burner will not ignite. The dials were turned. Wife's mother said to not touch dials as it will be hard to find the right positions to ignite oven burners? The brand name is Hardwick from a manufacturer date of 1977.

It could possibly be you are not getting 240 volts to the range. The top igniter may be getting a current back through the other side of the 240 circuit and that is why it works when the oven is turned on but the oven will not be getting power to heat. Have the 240 circuit checked or make sure the circuit breakers are reset correctly.

The problem with your oven not igniting is that the BAKE ignitor is weak and drawing the required amprage (3.3-3.6) to allow the gas valve to open. I know to the layman it does not seem that the ignitor could be the problem since it comes on, but as appliance technician with 30 years experience i am 100% confident that the problem is indeed the ignitor being weak,since it does come on that eliminates all others possibilities because if any other part were defective the ignitor would not even come on
The part number for the ignitor is 786324 it can be purchased online by simply googling the part number then click the shopping tab on the google search

How to clean the oven
The inside of the oven can be cleaned with regular soap and water. Dawn works well on built up grease. if you have very stubborn stains easy off makes a low fume oven cleaner, but try hot soapy water first. the outside can be cleaned with any stainless steel cleaner or window cleaner.

The oven will not light. I took the upper and lower panels out and cleaned what I could. The oven lit until I put everything back together. The oven does not ignite. The broiler operates.

The problem is usually the igniter not reaching the correct amp draw .When the igniter does not reach the correct amp draw it may allow the gas valve to partially open or not open at all. The igniters are inexpensive and easy to replace. This video will walk you thru the correct procedure for testing an oven igniter. It may be a different model but the testing will be the same.You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. Not all models are available. All parts come with installation instructions.

Most likely, you're oven igniter is not getting hot enough to open the gas valve to ignite the burner. It glows like normal, but does not reach the temperature required to open the gas valve. Replace the igniter. Before you replace that, make sure that the small shutoff lever on the appliance regulator was not accidentally closed, which would turn off the gas to the oven, while still allowing gas to the stovetop. One or more igniters are trying to light burners that aren't turned on .One burner is on. The other post on this never got answered properly.
When you turn the burner dial, all igniters spark. Most brands work this way. The dial activates all igniters to spark but only opens the gas valve attached to that dial.

Do you mean that they continue to spark even when you are not trying to light the stove?

Our oven had the same fault.

It turns out that the air intake was blocked.

The air intake is at the front, just below the bottom oven door. Some liberal sucking with a hoover sorted the problem instantly.
