My Stoves 059040358 has suddenly stopped working, both Top Oven and Bottom and because it is Insured I contacted them and they came out twice, and both times they did not repair it, On the last visit, the Chap said I think it is your Thermal Switch so I asked can it be repaired and he informed me that he had looked on his Tablet and the part was obsolete so I asked for any details that would help when I spoke to the Insurance Company, I have been waiting to hear from them and so I was wondering if you had one that I could buy for my Stoves Cooker, It is in excellent condition and I do not want to lose it if I can prevent doing so. Can you help
If you have paid for warranty insurance, read the small print. I think you will find, if it is not repairable, they must replace it with an equal or better unit.

Testimonial: "Thank you Admin Eric I have Insurance for this Stoves, but although the Stoves is absolutely outstanding so the Engineers have said, it is about 20+ years old. I have not heard from the Insurance Company yet as the last Engineer said he would send a report to the Company. Try espares.com or your prefered domestic appliance service centre for advice and supply. Throw it back at your insurance company, they took your money and they are liable for repai/replacement, depending on your policy of course.
