Question about Hoover Washing Machines

Candy heat pump tumble dryer not collecting water and taking forever to dry!

We bought a Hoover Candy heat pump tumble dryer 18 months ago and it is out of guarantee. It has stopped collecting water in the front of the tumble dryer and seems to be taking a very long time to dry clothes... but does dry them eventually. The model number is (RO-H10A2TCE-80) I cleaned and washed both the lint and the condenser filter and taken the lint out from the back of the drum.

Condenser dryers are simple in operation. They use a heater element to force hot air to heat the clothes and turn the water to steam. That steam is turned back into water by drawing cold air into the machine and over the heat exchanger unit and into the drum. The problems with them is that they are slow to dry.

Your best bet is to call for service, and the problem is likely the sensor probe or one of the thermal cut out.

My Candy 7.5kg 1400 AAA washer/drier. How do I clean fluff which may gather from the drier of my machine.

It doesn't generate fluff, it uses evaporation to dry the clothes.
If it did, that instruction would be in your user manual.

Tumble dry is heating but takes forever to dry

check your air exhaust (including the lint filter) from the air duct connector (remove duct if necessary) on back of dryer to the exterior of the building. Somewhere, there must be air blockage.
