New Cavs 105G

SCDG Disc takes about 1 to 2 min to load.
This is a brand new machine and on my old 203G the same discs load up in seconds. is there a fix to this problem.

Dvd password? what is it?

if you bought this dvd player new and you or someone else have not changed the parental password, it should be the default password, something like 0000, 1234 or 4321

I have a cavs dvd-105g and when i put a disk in it is says no disk.. what is the problem with this.. it is a new machine,

I also have a cavs machine.......when it does this I open the cassette and reinsert, it usually loads....another idea, open the machine, access the laser, you may have to remove a cover over the laser, and clean it.....also, some models have a software glitch.....so when it does this....shut the power off w the remote.....wait a few seconds, power it back up....and let it load the disc......question, does it do this w all discs?

While connected via VGA cable Viewsonic VG920 Monitor has an error stating "out of Range" . H. Frequency 157 Khz V. Frequency 59.8 Khz

It was pretty tricky without instructions but trial & error brought me to a successful resolution. This machine comes from the factory set to connect directly to a television with supplied RCA cable. Do that before you connect to a VGA monitor. Using the remote control, press setup and then go into "preferences" and look around for "video" and then to "VGA". Once you click "VGA" the TV screen goes frighteningly blank. The next obvious step is to hook it to the VGA cable and VGA monitor. If your computer is also hooked up and on to the monitor there is no karaoke picture. Shut off or disconnect computer and presto, there it is. <br>
