Hi my double barrel slush puppie machine keeps freezing up and stops it from turning and mixing suction . Have trted all the temp setting . Thd solution is mixed right

the machine freezes and stops based on the thickness of the slush. if it's mixed right, the problem is the torque switch next to the motor (if it's a cab or a ugo machine) or the torque sensor (for torque sensor models)

I have a sunsip slush machine and is not freezing, and machne is running for nearly 6 hrs

if the mix is cold but not freezing, you may be low on refrigerant or the timer is in defrost (if it has that feature). if it's warm, either the solenoids are not opening or there is no refrigerant. check the exhaust. if there is little air flow, clean the condenser coils (air intake). if it's cold, the compressor is not functioning or no refrigerant. for low or no refrigerant, you have a leak. take it in for repair

Why does my ugolini slush machine over freeze only on one side?

check your mix. if it's too lean (not enough syrup base), it'll freeze too quickly. if the auger stops moving when it's freezing, you blew a gear and it won't know when to stop freezing. also if the torque spring on the right side of the motor (through the back) is broken or missing, same thing.

I make alcoholic slushys with my Bunn 2 double hoppers. I have 4 machines. 1 works great. 1 freezes well but gets a huge amount of ice build-up on the outside, and the other freezes but thaws out a

the ice buildup is from the brix level being too high. the mix is too rich to freeze fast. it freezes based on torque, not temp, so it'll just keep getting colder and colder until it's thick enough. once it gets below 24 degrees, the condensation on the outside will freeze. the other, check the defrost time.

Ice forming on outside of Ultra 11 bowls. Is there something that can be coated on outside to prevent?

put the machine on a defrost cycle and make sure the mix is correct. to rich (not enough water) and the temp will drop until it gets to the right thickness, thus freezing the condensation on the bowls.
