Re:
It sounds like you are trying to use the same formatting settings on your new Logitech keyboard that you had on your old Logitech keyboard, but the formatting button is not present on the new keyboard.
To add the formatting button to your new Logitech keyboard, you will need to do the following:
Open the Logitech Options software. This software allows you to customize the settings and functionality of your Logitech keyboard.
Select the "Buttons" tab. This will allow you to customize the buttons on your keyboard.
Find the formatting button that you want to add. Depending on the model of your keyboard, you may have the option to add a variety of formatting buttons, such as bold, italic, and underline.
Assign a function to the button. To add the formatting button to your keyboard, you will need to assign a function to it. Click on the button and then select the formatting function that you want to use.
Save the changes. Once you have added the formatting button and assigned a function to it, click the "Apply" button to save the changes.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Visit the Logitech website and find the drivers for your webcam under their support/driver download button. Use your model number of your unit to find the drivers that pertain to your specific device. Either the disk is faulty or the disk is written in a new format that your CD/DVD drive does not support.

You can disble the built-in camer by using the device manager. Find the Toshiba inbuilt camera in the device manager, right mouse button - disable.
Once installed, you will simply
run the software, and select the devices you would like to control from
menus. The software finds the right codes for you and loads them into
your remote control.
When I bought my s510 recently I couldn't use the function keys even with the software that came with the keyboard and mouse.
I had to actually download new logitech software for the s510 which allowed me to use the function/extra keys.
Navigate to: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/keyboards/keyboard_mice_combos/devices/145&cl=US,EN
On the right hand side of the screen you will see 'Support Center' below it click 'Downloads,' From there you can choose your OS w98 and language and download the software you need to get your keyboard working the way it should.
