Huion Kamvas Pro 13 pen drawing while hovering, how do I fix?

I've tried everything... I've reinstalled the drivers over and over, searched everywhere, and even blew $40 on a new pen. Still, my pen will keep drawing like it's pressed down on the tablet while hovering. It does this even when the pen nib is removed. It does it even when the drivers are uninstalled. Please help me out y'all.

My guess is that the pen just needs the batteries replaced. You only change the tip when it wears out from drawing a lot. there sould be some software that lets you change the button configuration on the pen. look on the products webpage. should find some software to help you out

Hover problem
I just had a similar problem. I was able to get it fixed by uninstalling the driver, unplugging my tablet, rebooting the computer and then installing the newest driver. While trouble shooting, I found a blog post that explains how to pull the pen apart and glue the broken 'sensor' back together. Search for "Fixing a Broken Wacom Pen" if you think that might be the problem.
