It's OS has malfunction and therefore a need for flash reprogram. If you can get HWK UFSX turbo and install latest control panel on PC then you can flash it. Otherwise let an expert do it for you.
The below steps will resolve many small issues.1.Power off the phone. 2.Press and hold "Vol+", "Menu", and "Power" key until the phone goes to recovery mode. 3.Use "Vol+" and "Vol-" to move the cursor up and down. 4.Move cursor to "wipe data/factory reset", press "Back" key to select it. 5.Now move cursor down to "Yes - delete all user data" and press "Back" to select it. 6.The data will be erased. 7.The cursor will be on "reboot system now" at the end, so just press "Back" key to reboot the phone normally. WARNING: All user data will be completely cleared; the phone will be in a factory reset status.So before you reset backup data first!! gud luck!!
sounds like you need a new phone but id take it to a where ya bought it and see if a different battery fix's problem. ive had a battery that would discharge all its juice at random and had that burn up a motorola. hope this helps
Try to uninstall your app, and better yet to set your bb to format. It is the same thing happened to me last month with my Bold 9780 and now, it work just fine and smoothly.
