Toshiba TV Stuck in Standby

Hi i hope you can help me..i have a Toshiba 40 inch LCD smart TV Model 40U2363DB.WHICH MY CHILDREN BROUGHT FOR ME ABOUT 18 MONTHS AGO. I was watching it the other night and the tv went into standby mode ..i pressed the standby button on the TV and the standby light blinked from red to green 4 time and on the last green light the screen flashed white and the tv went back into standby is there any chance you can tell me what panel i need to buy. all the best Gerry

Are the lines always vertical or horizontal? Are they black or multiple colors?

    sorry but i think you read it wrong it was the standby light which blinked from red to green 4 times and the the screen flashed white for a second and the tv went into standby mode

    What else does the error message say? Can you access the settings menu on your TV?

Considering the price of a TV I'd say not.

Did a google search and found this site using BN95-00604A: http://www.encompassparts.com/item/9186449/SAMSUNG/BN95-00604A/PRODUCT_LCD-AMLCD where they list the part at 565.00 including a 102 core charge which I presume would be returned to you once the core is received. It is unknown if this source is the only source, that this source would actually sell the part to anyone other than authorized service providers, it also doesn't address shipping costs or taxes and damages that may occur in transit. Also from this site, I learned that this part is used in a Samsung UN40ES6100FXZA 40-Inch Led 6100 Series Smart Tv

Toshiba 40 inch tv with picture edges gone.
Are you using a cable box or a satellite receiver? They too have format, Zoom, or view mode buttons.. It seems like there's several names for them but they do the same thing. I hope this helps.

That I don't think you can do - the CC is fed by the digital tuner, while the subtitles are fed by the DVD player.

Toshiba air conditioning unit not working RAS-13UKH-G I've switched off the internal power supply to hopefully reset the ac but whenever I switch it back on the operation green light starts blinking and if I turn the ac on with the remote, the yellow timer light also starts blinking.
