My Nokia 6700s will only make or receive calls whilst actually charging. If I try to use it when not charging I get the message Connection Error.
can anyone help?

Your phone's LCD is damaged by some reasons (could be the heat produced while charging) or is loose.
If ot is still in place,the wayto have it back is to buy a new LCD. A ratr for this will be mush appreciated...
Go to Setting-Network-Operator Selection. Keep it Automatic
Go to Setting-Call-Send my caller ID. Keep it Set by network
& check your line in use. Keep it in Line 1
