My emerson #LC391EM3 won't turn on. Red light blinks then a "clicking" noise and red light goes back solid

Power board issue

Blinking of power LED are fault indications. Count the number of blinks occur at one time switch on. For this number, you can get an idea about the faulty section circuit inside it. I have to ask, did you ever figure out what the issue was? My mother's scooter is having the same issue.

There are 2 rows of RCA connectors on the back of this TV.
If you are looking at the back of the TV, on the right side you'll find the connectors.
On the bottom row, left most RCA jack is the Video in for the Component video.
on the top row, the right 2 connectors are for Audio connections.
we put the Yellow plug from our Wii into the bottom row video connector, and the red and white RCA connectors into the top row plugs.

This enabled us to connect the Wii, and play games.

I had AWFUL customer service. (Sherry is DREADFUL her # is 1-877-543-8325 she is in"executive services". Ask to speak to her directly...if you would like ZERO help.)

They WILL NOT extend the warranty, even though they know there is a defect with this AND other models. Zenith name on the front...LG guts in the inside.
Ours turns on, screen black and then clicks three times and then turns back off.

Power supply board is dead,if green light on keep blinkings,notthing come on.Power green light is solid,nothing come on.Than ur Tuner signal board is dead.

yeah, should stay red when unit is turned off, indicating there's power but it's doing nothing.

Per user manual:
Solid red - power off (standby mode)
blinking red - power off (now cooling)
blinking green - power on (preparing to light lamp)
solid green - power on
