I need help putting in the pin number for this phone i got alcatel

try openning the phone and taking the battery out of it, then replace the battery. this should make the phone usable, then you can contact the local dealer to get the instructions from them on this particular brand and model.

Hi if you've locked your phone through entering an incorrect pin number 3 times then you need a Puk code, Ring your service provider and they will give you the FREE Puk code.....

a PUK code ( personal user key) is only available from your service provider
call them on another phone , provide proof of ownership of the account and they will give it to you
it is the service providers key for your sim card
after you get the code , put in into the phone then use your PIN number ( personal identification number) to open the phone
