To do this, follow these steps below! STEP 1. Press the PROG. key on the key pad! STEP 2. Select the channel you want to store the frequency in, and press PROG. STEP 3. Use the number keys to enter the frequency and the ./DELAY key to enter the decimal point. STEP 4. Press the ENTkey to store the frequency. The Philadelphia area has likely moved to trunked radio systems in the 800MHz band, and your scanner is not capable of receiving such signals, so you'll be limited in what you can tune in with your PRO-2033.
1. Power the scanner ON 2. Press the PGM key 3. Enter a channel number between 1 and 200 (you might want to start with 01). 4. Enter the frequency, including decimal point (Ex: 146.26). 5. Press ENT 6. Press PGM to advance to the next channel 7. Restart at number 4 above.
