GE monogram double oven F73 code well open is heating up it'll work for a day or two and then it goes into F73 code I shut the circuit breaker and then turn it on and it's OK for another day or two what is the problem

Have you set the clock alot of ovens need the clock set so the oven will work, this is a safety thing so if you set the oven to turn off after 1 hour or at a certain time of day and say the power went out or the gas was turned off and came back on then the oven won't just start up on its own
It's most likely that the error code you are seeing is F1, not F7. F1 is a code for 'stuck touch pad'. You will need to replace the clock/ERC or the touch pad (or both).
