Stanley blower fan wire question. Help please and thank you

I took apart my fan to clean it and I disconnected the wires and motor and now I don't know how to reconnect it correctly I tried twice and the fan doesn't blow the way it used to and it also doesn’t work on the lowest setting. I have the model with the 2 10amp outlets side by side not stacked on top and it has 3 settings 3is the highest and the fan turns in an almost full circle. It's black and yellow. I don’t have the box anymore so I have no blueprint of any kind to try and help me figure it out. Google nor YouTube is giving me any answers can someone help me who has the exact fan and can send me a picture or something. For picture reference it looks like the one in this link STANLEY-655704 on Amazon any help would be greatly appreciated

Lasko is the maker and Stanley just put their name on it. Ask the company direct. There is nothing online.

Number 1 Tip, take photographs before doing tear downs.

Blower on heater won't work

Firstly check the fuses for the fan. If those don;t work, maybe there is some debris in the blower fan that is stopping it spin?

Need to clean and don't know how to take apart

The fan uses security fasteners to prevent dis-assembly. To clean the fan, disconnect power from fan and use compressed air to remove dust.

My blower motor went out how do y replece it and where is it located

Blower motor is on passenger side under dash. Disconnect neg side of battery then then blower motor wires and hose. Should be 5 screws holding in motor - remove. May need to take out glove box and kick panel to give you more room. Disconnect ECM wiring and bolt from right side of instrument panel. Gently pull down instrument panel and remove blower motor and fan. Install new motor and fan. Hope this helps - let me know. Thanks.

I have a 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan. Recently the front blower fan began to work intermittently. Sometimes it would work only on high, sometimes any speed, sometimes only when the rear blower was off. Now...

I think your headed in the right direction. At the front blower motor, the black wire is voltage and the dark green wire ground. As you can see the thermal fuse and resisters are on the ground circuit for blower motor , the speed controls are also on the ground circuit. Any motor that uses brushes, sometimes you can tap on the blower housing and it starts running, or driving down the road and you hit a bump and it takes off. Your jumper wires should have worked, in my opinion. If you wired it up backwards, I don't know if blower motor would run backwards, I never tried it. In the past, with faulty blower motors, I took it apart and looked at the brushes, wore down to the nub.

Heater/AC Fan Problem

sounds like a shorrt to 12v to me. The wire is hot and the fan is shutting off because the blower is bad, getting to hot, it will bind, causing over amperage.

Fan keeps cutting off after being taken apart and cleaned

If it was wired wrong it wouldn't run. I would suspect uneven tightening of the motor screws.

1985 Volvo 244 Air Conditiong Blows fuse when turned on. Can't find wiring diagram for this section to check wiring. Any solutions to this problem?

You say blows fuse,
Are you talking about the Blower Fan, or the Thermistat for the Compressor.
If it is the Blower Fan It may be seized as the Blower Fan motor doesn't have bearings it has a bronze bush & may be stuck. I had this fault on my 76 244DL.
I had to dismantle the whole dash pull the Blower Fan apart re grease the bush & give it a clean & re assemble. It took me allll day to pull the dash apart fix the Blower Fan motor & reasemble It works perfect now like new.

If it is the Thermistat disconnct the wire to the compressor & try a jumper wire to the compressor to see if the compressor operates. if ok it could be a damaged wire through the firewall shorting somewhere. You will have to buzz out the wires from thermistat down to the compressor & the throttle up solonoid.
