My Routan was running great. My son was in the car while it was running, with ac on and listening to his phone through the VES auxillary mini-stereo jack. He turned off the ignition, then on again to accessory, then everything went dark. Car has no response whatsoever. I connected a charger to try to start it, and I got a no fuse error. I think a fuse was blown, but don't know where to start. I've located the fuse box, and checked all the M fuses, they look fine. Next is the cartridge J fuses, then relays. Does anyone have any idea of where I might find the right fuse to change? Are there any other fuses that could cause this total blackout? Thanks.

Usually, as a rule of thumb, there is a fuse panel in the cab of a vehicle, and one under the hood. the one in the cab is in the dash, usually pulled down by a lever or handle, or sometimes even concealed by a plate. the one under the hood is labeled "electrical panel" or something of the like.
You can programm the new remote key for VW Routan 2009 only using suitable diagnostic equipment connected to the data link connector of the car. I suggest you to go to a VW dealer for this job. Good Luck!
