Epson R265 - both red lights flashing fast, and simultaneously

My Epson r265 chewed up one sheet of paper. I removed both bits, but when restarted the two red lights flash fast, simultaneously. As far as I can see there is no more paper jammed inside.

Epson r265 what does 2 red lights flashing slowley mean

It means that the ink counter needs resetting and the waste inkpad changing/cleaned. The Epson website will give you the address of a local service centre. Before paying out for that you could see if the SSC Service Utility would work for you although the R265 is not specifically listed as supported it is similar to the R270 which is. The free download is available here http://www.ssclg.com/epsone.shtml
