I bought some topfin preconditioned aquarium water for freshwater fish. Is it safe for my baby turtle also?

seeing as to how turtles and fish all live in the same water, there is no reason why it would not be so unless your turtle is a salt water variety

Topfin auto feeder doesn't work

Unfortunately, many autofeeders have a distressing habit of dying without much use time. Topfin is PetSmart's house brand and while you can ask them about it, if it's not still under warranty, I doubt they can help. They don't seem to carry parts for Topfin or Great Choice products.

I like the Eheim auto-feeders myself, they seem to last reasonably well.

Despite of new battery my Asus PRO50 won't charge a 100%

Is it a replacement battery? Are the specs the EXACT match, DC volts and Amps? Some inexpensive batteries do not work well with your laptop, it's a Connector/ pin thing, they don't communicate with the laptop. Try pulling the plug and drain the battery and recharge. Cycle it a 4 times, drain/ recharge. Does your BIOS setup have a Battery Learning section?
