I have a hoover dynamic washing machine and it's been giving me the run around. It started with the drum not turning and a e08 code At the time we had an old spare machine that I swaped it out with and this one was put under cover in the garden A few days later after a few google searches I changed the bushes and that indeed fixed that problem! I temporary hooked up to a hose pipe in the garden to tested it and it now has a e02 code! I check the water flow and the waste filter. The water flow was fine and I pulled a few stones and 2 coins out the filter! Try again and 20 minutes in it throwes the e02 again! After scratching my head I realised the waste pipe is laid flat and as its filling its pouring straight out the waste pipe! So ive lifted it in the middle so it's got like a u bend in it and the machine seamed to like this! But every now and then the control panel is beeping and the display sometimes stays on even if the dial is at the off position! It can even run a cycle in the off position! Me thinking maybe I've upset something I just let it do its thing for a bit and see what happens. It ran the full cycle and ended! And for now the display seams to be working correctly! I put it on a test cycle and within 10 minutes it throws up the e02 again! I'm starting to think maybe it's seen it's last days? Even though it was stored under cover in the garden could damp have got into the electrics damaging something? If so would just letting it dry help or has possible damage already been done? Update: I've been messing around with it today and it seams to start and complete cycles ok.however the cycle it does has no relationship with the program selected! It seam the dial is selecting the wrong program even when in the off position its displaying a 1hr 15minute program
If error code E2 appears in your display there is a problem with the water supply. It may be that the water pressure is very low or no water is flowing in. Check that the water supply is switched on or that the hose has not got twisted or kinked during the installation which will prevent water flowing into the machine.
An E2 Error code indicates that the washer is still draining after 8 minutes. Check the following: Check that the drain hose is not more than 391 ?3" (100 cm) from the floor. Remove any clogs from the drain hose.
